Adv. Netta Yaeger has been appointed as a member of the litigation department at Nathan Meir & Co. Attorneys.
In her previous position as lawyer in the legal department of "Let the Animals Live" Association, Netta gained knowledge and experience, inter alia: in the areas of primary and secondary legislation (drafting bills, formulating comments on proposed laws and regulations, working with government ministries and Israeli parliament members on legislation); development and promotion of public policy (research, writing of reports and position papers, lobbying authorities and elected officials, representation of the Association in Israeli parliament committees), administrative law (writing petitions to the High Court of Justice and other administrative petitions); civil law (managing civil proceedings, submission of motions for injunctions and filing of financial claims); Representation of animal rights activists in court in the matter of freedom of expression; and in managing disciplinary cases under the Veterinarians' Law.
Previously she did her internship at the law offices of Herzog Fox & Neeman, further to which she continued her legal career as a lawyer in the legal department of "Let the Animals Live" Association (after volunteering as a student in their department) and joined the firm in 2018.
